Hi. I am Jim Hoyme and I am passionate about the value that independent therapy practices and talented physical therapists bring to a market that is demanding value-based health care. I have seen a big change in the health care market as we move from a volume-based, fee for service model to one that is drive by and rewards value-based care delivery. I have seen from my experience with Therapy Partners MSO and a number of health plans and ACOs that Independent practices that come together to form a large, tightly knit network of clinics that deliver measurable value and who are willing to share financial risk with health plans, ACOs, and self-insured businesses will be highly successful in this changing market.
